Memory Makers is ideal for adults who:

  • Are in the early to middle stages of memory loss
  • Can participate in social settings and group activities
  • Are physically independent (able to eat, use the restroom, and move about on their own)

  • A doctor’s statement about general health
  • A tuberculosis (TB) test
  • Basic information from a family member or caregiver
